Docks

From July 1 through Labor Day, our main dock (just south of the boat launch) is available for short term (up to 8 hrs) parking of boats. Please tie up bow-to, to the southern side of the dock so that the launch remains clear. Tying up to the north side of the dock is for pickups and drop-offs only.

The smaller dock area to the north of the launch is for longer term parking of boats. We ask that this be limited to two weeks at a time. Please secure your boat as efficiently as possible leaving room for other members. When possible, use the smallest vessel you can for longer term parking

As in other boating communities, considerate moving and re-securing of boats is encouraged to maximize space on both docks. Boats can be tied to one another if they remain secure and leave room for passage of other boats.

Planning to be gone longer and are unable to pull your boat? Call a neighbor for a ride to and from the main dock so that you can leave your boat at your property. Here’s a list of your fellow members willing to give rides to the boat launch when available.

Heather Perry

In all of my work, I seek the moments when ordinary people are at their most extraordinary, their most special, and most purely themselves. We can all relate to these average moments of magic and grace, of apartness and connectedness.
