Weafer Grilled Jalapeño Poppers

Perfect for cocktail hour!

2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

8 oz reduced fat cream cheese

1/4 c sharp cheddar, grated

1/4 c chopped scallion with green tops

1 tsp lime juice

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 small garlic clove, minced

14 small jalapeños, seeded and halved lengthwise

2 Tbs fresh cilantro

2 Tbs chopped tomatoes

Combine ingredients through garlic in a bowl. Stuff jalapeño halves (try not to lick the spoon but you probably won’t be able to help it). Grill 8 minutes or until bottoms are brown and cheese is melted. Place on serving dish and garnish with tomatoes and cilantro.
